Keeping Fit and Active During School Closures

It is really important that we all stay fit and active during the periods of school closure and self-isolation. Children will not be having their usual playtimes, P.E. lessons and sports clubs, so it is important to find other ways to exercise, as well as to get fresh air.

Joe Wicks (also known as The Body Coach) has announced on Twitter that he will do P.E. lessons every day at 9.00am (Monday to Friday) for school children, during the period of school closures. These can be found on his YouTube channel, TheBodyCoachTV.
