Welcome to Sandbach Primary Academy's website. 

Sandbach Primary Academy is a small school situated close to the centre of the market town of Sandbach.  This successful school is proud of its calm and friendly atmosphere where every individual is nurtured to enable them to enjoy their learning, to become independent and to grow in confidence so that they acheive their best now and in the future.

The school is located in a traditional building which has been extensively modernised internally to provide well-resourced, bright and spacious learning environments.  The school has extensive grounds providing an excellent space for regular outdoor learning and play.

We strive to develop good relationships with all our children, their families and our local community.  Through excellent partnership links we can meet the needs of all children and their families. The school is proud of its calm and friendly atmosphere and the exemplary behaviour of its pupils. 

The school has a 20 place nursery offering 15 hours free provision to children from the term after their third birthday and 8 two year olds from the term after their second birthday.  

Each year group from reception to year 6 has 15 places. Children in reception benefit from a high teacher to pupil ratio of 1 to 15 for their first important year of statutory schooling.  After this children are taught in classes catering for the key phases of primary education; key stage 1, lower key stage 2 and upper key stage 2.
